Details of rescue package number two revealed

Tax authority TAKS has now processed all but one of the 35 applications for a share of the government’s second COVID-19 rescue package.

Thirty of these 34 companies say they have lost between 60 and 100 percent of their revenue as a result of the corona lockdown.

The remaining four firms have lost between 40 and 60 percent.

The average amount paid out is DKK 54,907. The highest amount is DKK 230,250 and the lowest DKK 4,421.

Companies that lost 60-100 percent of their revenue had 75 percent of their fixed costs reimbursed, and those losing 40-60 percent received a 50-percent reimbursement of their fixed costs. The maximum monthly payout is DKK 80,000.

A total of DKK 1,866,841 has so far been paid out as part of rescue package number two.
