Nine new Covid cases
All nine people who tested Covid positive over the past two days were infected domestically, reports corona.fo.
Five are linked to known chains of infection, while the infection source of the other four remains unknown.
The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 3, 6, 8, 3, 7, 1 and 8.
There are currently 46 active Covid cases in the country. No-one is receiving hospital treatment for Covid, and 169 people are listed as being in quarantine.

According to the latest vaccination figures on corona.fo, updated today, 37,765 people (70.5 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the vaccine, while 35,869 (66.9 percent) have received the second shot.
Plenty of vaccine doses are available to everyone aged 12 and over.
