No new Covid-19 cases
The current number of active Covid cases is 11
A total of 109,223 Covid-19 tests have so far been conducted in the Faroes

None of the roughly 1,000 tests carried out yesterday came out positive.

Two people have recovered since yesterday, which means there are now 11 active cases in the country.

No-one is receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and 57 people are currently listed as being in quarantine.

Testing schedule

This week’s Covid testing schedule is as follows:

Tórshavn, Eirargarður:

Weekdays: 5pm-7pm.

Saturday: 1pm-3pm.

Klaksvík, Víkarvegur:

Wednesday and Friday: 9am-11am.

Tvøroyri, Trongisvágs skúli:

Wednesday: 8am-10am.

Friday: 9am-12noon.

No prescription required

Testing at hospitals is free of charge and no GP prescription is required.

Everyone who joins the queue during the opening hours will be tested.
