Three new Covid cases since Monday

One positive Covid test was registered on Tuesday, two on Wednesday and none yesterday, reports corona.fo.

No infection source details for these new cases have been published yet.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 5, 1, 2, 6, 1, 2 and 0.

Two people are receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and 138 people are currently listed as being in quarantine.

According to the latest vaccination figures on corona.fo, updated on Wednesiday, 34,657 people (65 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the vaccine, while 29,003 (54.4 percent) have received the second shot.
