One new Covid case since Thursday
There are currently 15 active Covid cases in the country

No new Covid cases were registered on Friday. One was registered yesterday. The person was infected domestically and is linked to a known chain of infection.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows:0, 2, 0, 1, 1, 0 and 1.

No-one is receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and 40 people are currently listed as being in quarantine.

According to the latest vaccination figures on, updated on Friday, 35,333 people (66.2 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the vaccine, while 31,716 (59.4 percent) have received the second shot.

Plenty of vaccine doses are available to everyone aged 12 and over.
