Red Cross wants to know its clients

The rapid increase in people seeking food and clothes aid from Red Cross has made it a challenge for the charity to organise its activities.
A key reason for this is that everyone who receives aid from Red Cross is anonymous.
A new survey aims to help Red Cross Faroe Islands gain a clearer idea of its target groups.

”We have noticed some new demographics in our system – people who previously did not contact us for help,” says Sigrið Zachariassen, daily manager at Red Cross Faroe Islands.
“We hope our survey will teach us something about these people and how we can help them.”
The survey, available in English, is completely anonymous and is only intended for people who have received clothes or food from the Red Cross.
