Bank aims for fully digital customer experience
BankNordik is working on full digitalisation of its customer services
 

BankNordic wants to offer its customers a 100-percent digital customer experience.

“We are working on fully digitalising all transactions and advisory services,” BankNordik’s recently appointed CEO, Turið F. Arge, told Danish finance news site finanswatch.dk.

“Our customers will, however, continue to have the option of choosing face-to-face consultations.”
