World-famous restaurant KOKS has retained its two Michelin stars and received an additional honour in the shape of a sustainability emblem.

This was revealed yesterday at the annual Michelin Awards ceremony for the Nordic region in Trondheim, Norway.

KOKS head chef Poul Andrias Ziska is delighted with the recognition, saying that the sustainability emblem acts as an incitement for chefs everywhere to focus on sustainability in their work.

”Sustainability is part of the KOKS DNA, and this distinction inspires us to further improve our green impact,” he said at yesterday’s awards ceremony.
