The two corona patients admitted to hospital are not in a critical condition, says Tummas í Garði, COO of the National Hospital. '
The National Hospital has set up an intensive care unit for corona patients, provisionally with seven quarantine rooms.
Garði says he is currently not sure whether more corona patients will be hospitalised, but he expects more at some point and adds that the National Hospital is prepared to treat them.
