Record-breaking Red Cross fundraiser

The Red Cross Faroe Islands annual nationwide fundraiser raised DKK 3,418,020.

This amount dwarfs the previous fundraising record of DKK 1.4 million.

Individuals raised DKK 1.5 million and businesses DKK 1.9 million.

Part of the raised funds will go to fugitives in civil-war torn Syria, and the rest will be spent on relief work in the Faroe Islands.
