Vaccine notifications sent to all in due course
Everyone will be notified when they are eligible to book an appointment to receive their Covid vaccine

The health authorities are being inundated with requests from people wishing to jump the queue for vaccines, reports corona.fo.

In response to this high demand, the Hospital Service is calling on people to wait until they are notified of their turn to receive the vaccine.

Six active Covid cases remaining

Yesterday’s 234 tests yielded no positive outcomes.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 0, 1, 0, 1, 1, 0 and 0.

No-one is currently receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19 and 26 people are in quarantine.
