09.08.2020 - 11:01

In an effort to reduce traffic disruptions due to long queues forming outside the National Hospital’s main building, the Covid-19 testing station will move to a new location today.

From 1pm today, testing will take place some 100 metres up the ‘á Frælsinum’ hill from the previous site outside the main hospital building.

Prescriptions are no longer required to get tested. Just show up in your car and you will be registered and tested.

Revised testing times

Due to less demand for testing than earlier this week, testing at the new pop-up station in Tórshavn starts today at 1pm and not at 9am as previously advertised.

No tests will be conducted in Klaksvík and Tvøroyri today.
