Nólsoy and Tórshavn strengthen partnership

Visit Tórshavn will receive an extra grant this year from the City Council to cover some of Visit Nólsoy’s running costs.

Although only accessible from the mainland by ferry, Nólsoy is part of Tórshavn municipality, and the new contract aims to encourage closer tourism-related cooperation between Visit Nólsoy and Visit Tórshavn, and to make Nólsoy a more integral part of tourism arrangements in Tórshavn municipality.

This includes collaborating on concrete tourism arrangements and generally boosting Visit Nólsoy’s role in the Faroese tourism industry.
