With all the preliminary rounds completed, it is now clear that Faroese swimmers will take part in all the finals at the Island Games

The 12 swimming finals at the Island Games are taking place tonight, and the Faroes are represented in each one of them.
Vár Erlingsdóttir Eidesgaard has a busy night ahead of her, participating in no less than three individual events and one team event.
Tonight’s finals are as follows:
- 100 metres medley women – Vár Erlingsdóttir Eidesgaard
- 400 metres freestyle men – Óli Mortensen and Rókur Trygvason
- 200 metres butterfly women – Rebekka Trygvadóttir
- 100 metres backstroke men – Alvi Hjelm
- 100 metres freestyle women – Vár Erlingsdóttir Eidesgaard
- 50 metres freestyle men – Róland Toftum and Rókur Trygvason
- 50 metres backstroke women – Signhild Joensen
- 200 metres breaststroke men – Rókur Trygvason and Alvi Hjelm
- 800 metres freestyle women – Vár Erlingsdóttir Eidesgaard
- 4 x 100 metres medley relay women – Faroe Islands
- 4 x 50 metres freestyle relay men – Faroe Islands
- 8 x 50 metres freestyle women and men – Faroe Islands
