School museum in Gjógv

The local authority has completed an extensive renovation of the school in Gjógv.

All that remains now is the finer details of turning the old building into a museum.

A working group consisting of members of local preservation society Gjómann and Sunda municipality are finalising a provisional plan in close cooperation with the National Museum of the Faroe Islands.
