The windows in the Boðanesheimið old people’s home in Tórshavn need to be replaced because they are leaking.
The building firm has agreed to install new windows and repair the damage caused by the leaks. Tests have also revealed that the roof insulation is wet.
The school at Argjahamar, Argir, needs a DKK 5 million restoration due to building flaws such as inadequate sheathing.
Similar problems are plaguing the Løgmannabreyt school in Hoyvík.
