Charity concert for Ukraine

Red Cross Faroe Islands and KvF are preparing a two-hour benefit show to offer aid to the people of Ukraine.

The show will consist of live performances by more than 20 of the country’s leading musical acts along with video features about the situation in Ukraine.

Viewers will be able to donate with their phones during the show.

“The proceeds from the show go towards helping refugees coming to the Faroes, and we will also be sending money to the Ukrainian branch of Red Cross, which will distribute aid to people within Ukraine,” says Jóannes Eidesgaard, president of Red Cross Faroe Islands.

Watch the concert live on KvF TV or on livestream here on Sunday from 7pm to 9pm.
