Brass music festival tomorrow
Seven town bands and eight school bands will be performing in Eiði tomorrow afternoon

The annual brass music festival will take place tomorrow in the sports hall in Eiði, Eysturoy.
The festival starts at 1pm with eight school brass bands playing for about 15 minutes each.
This will be followed by seven local brass bands from across the country blasting out their tunes from about 3pm.
The first brass music festival took place in 1966, and the event has since become an annual feature, with the exception of 2020 when it was cancelled due to Covid restrictions.
