Five new Covid cases

Five positive results came out of yesterday’s round of 2,656 tests, reports corona.fo.

The five persons, who are all linked to a known chain of infection, have been isolated and contact tracing is underway.

Over the past week, the daily numbers of positive tests have been as follows: 0, 5, 7, 1, 3, 6 and 5.

One person is currently receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19.
