From May last year to April this year, exports accounted for DKK 729 million more than imports.

This gap has almost halved in one year, going from DKK 1,316 in the May 2017-April 2018 period.

The gap has been on a steady decline since then. From April 2018 to March 2019, this gap was DKK 1,034 million.

Fuels play a big part in these figures, with fuel imports increasing by 37 percent in the May 2018-April 2019 period, compared to the previous year.
