Genetic tests for common diseases

Faroese genetics laboratory Amplexa Genetics is offering members of the public genetic screening to help identify common diseases such as cystic fibrosis and CTD.

Amplexa Genetics’ headquarters are in Odense, Denmark, but the company also has a clinic in the iNOVA research hub in Tórshavn.

In addition to genetic screening tests, Amplexa Genetics also offers clinical guidance from Pero Sore, a specialist at private clinic MedCare and GP Jenis á Rana.
