Oranges recalled due to pesticide concerns
A batch of oranges packaged in 2kg red mesh bags has been taken off the shelves
27.04.2021 - 14:46
Faroese Food and Veterinary Authority HFS is warning against a batch of Navel-branded oranges imported from Greece.
The oranges have been sold in Faroese stores but have now been taken off the shelves out of concern for excessive amounts of the chlorpyrifos pesticide, which is harmful for consumption.
People who have purchased these products are asked to either return them to the store where they bought them or throw them away.
