Fourth booster shots now available

Individuals deemed to be at risk of developing serious illness from Covid-19 will now be offered a fourth vaccine dose.

At-risk individuals include people with certain blood and bone marrow disorders or severe rheumatic diseases, those who have recently undergone organ transplants or chemotherapy, those who are receiving dialysis treatment and those who are taking medicine to suppress the immune system.

To be eligible for a fourth dose, at least three months must have passed since the third dose.
