EU can help Faroese exporters

The European Union is keen on establishing closer trade ties with the Faroes.

And Denmark will do everything it can to facilitate this process, says Danish foreign minister Jeppe Kofod.

He says that EU nations can and will help Faroese exporters find alternative markets following the recent breakdown in trade relations with Russia.
