Face masks now mandatory on public transport

Due to the sudden increase in Covid-19 cases, public transport company Strandfaraskip Landsins is now requiring all travellers to wear face masks.

Travellers are also urged to respect the social distancing and hand hygiene guidelines.

Disinfectants are available on all ferries and coaches. Face masks are available in pharmacies across the country.
