One new Covid case
There are currently six active Covid-19 cases in the country

One person tested Covid positive yesterday on arrival from abroad, reports corona.fo.

No positive tests were registered on Saturday and Sunday.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0 and 1.

No-one is receiving hospital treatment for Covid, and 28 people are currently listed as being in quarantine.

According to the latest vaccination figures on corona.fo, updated today, 36,665 people (68.7 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the vaccine, while 34,275 (64.2 percent) have received the second shot.

Plenty of vaccine doses are available to everyone aged 12 and over.
