Ukrainian schoolbooks for refugee pupils
Ukrainian children starting in Faroese schools will have free and easy access to teaching materials in their native language

Schoolbook publisher Nám’s education portal snar.fo now features Ukrainian-language teaching materials that correspond with the standard Ukrainian school curriculum.
This is the result of a new deal between Nám and Ukrainia-based RANOK Publishing House, which seeks to make the transition from Ukrainian to Faroese schools as smooth as possible.
The deal authorises Nám to offer a wide range of downloadable Ukrainian-language eBooks and PDF texts covering a variety of subjects taught in Faroese schools.
