On Monday, Tórshavn City Council met with prospective homeowners at the new housing development at Klingurstjørn, Argir. Once the preparatory work is completed, there will be a total of 93 building plots at Klingurstjørn.
The City Council, which has commissioned construction firm Articon to oversee the work, says that everything is going to plan. All blasting work is done, and the plots are currently being levelled out.
When the plots are ready in August, the area will need a final approval from the Enivironment Agency, and then the new homeowners can start building their houses.
