Five new Covid cases

Yesterday’s round of 614 Covid tests yielded five positive results, reports corona.fo.

Four of these are linked to a known chain of infection, while the fifth tested positive on arrival from abroad.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 2, 0, 1, 4, 0, 4 and 5.

No-one is currently receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and the latest figures show that 60 people are in quarantine.
