Three new Covid cases

Yesterday’s round of 670 Covid-19 tests yielded three positive outcomes, reports corona.fo.

Two of the infected people are linked to a known chain of infection, while the third tested positive on arrival from abroad.

This brings the total number of active Covid cases up to 22.

Over the past week, the daily numbers of positive tests have been as follows: 0, 4. 5, 0, 1, 5 and 3.

No-one is currently receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and the latest figures show that 92 people are in quarantine.

Revised testing times in Klaksvík

Next week’s testing schedule in Klaksvík has been revised.

The revised schedule is as follows:

- Monday 14 December: 8am-12noon

- Wednesday 16 December: 8am-12noon

- Friday 18 December: 8am-12noon
