Five new Covid cases

Yesterday’s round of 1,743 Covid tests yielded five positive outcomes.
One of these five tested positive on arrival in the country, another in a follow-up test six days after arrival and a third is linked to the person who tested positive in the follow-up test.
It is currently unclear how the other two contracted the virus. All five persons have been isolated and contact tracing is underway.
Over the past week, the daily numbers of positive tests have been as follows: 3, 0, 2, 2, 2, 0 and 5.
No-one is currently receiving Covid-19 treatment in hospital, and the latest figures show that 99 people are in quarantine.
