Four new Covid cases

Yesterday’s round of 767 Covid-19 tests yielded four positive outcomes, reports corona.fo.
All four are linked to known chains of infection. The four people have been isolated and contact tracing is underway.
The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 8, 3, 19, 4, 5, 0 and 4.
There are currently 56 active Covid cases in the country.
Two people are receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and the latest figures show that 224 people are in quarantine.
The total number of Covid tests carried out in the Faroes yesterday exceeded 200,000.

- Mondays: 5pm-7pm
- Tuesdays: 8pm-10pm
- Wednesdays: 5pm-7pm
- Thursdays: 5pm-7pm

- Saturdays: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Klaksvík, Faktorsvegur
- Mondays: 8am-12noon
- Wednesdays: 8am-12noon
- Fridays: 8am-12noon
Tvøroyri, Trongisvágs Skúli
- Mondays: 8am-10am
- Wednesdays: 8am-10am
- Fridays: 9am-12noon
