Most drivers flout speed limits
Almost two-thirds of drivers in a new survey admit to speeding

Only 37 percent of respondents in a new traffic survey say they always drive within the 80 km/h speed limits.
The remaining 64 percent said they frequently or always exceed the speed limits.
The survey, conducted by the Faroese Road Safety Council, suggests that 51 percent of drivers consider speeding generally acceptable.
Nonetheless, 52 percent believe that high speeds are the main cause of traffic accidents, followed by careless driving and alcohol.
