After a lengthy delay, caused primarily by the Covid pandemic, the Faroese representation office in Tel Aviv was formally opened yesterday.
Foreign minister Jenis av Rana had invited a delegation of Faroese industry leaders on a trip to Tel Aviv ahead of the the opening ceremony.

The delegation consists of representatives from Pelagos, Varðin, Hugskotið, Íverksetarahúsið, Bakkafrost, Nema and Klaksvík City Council.
During the trip in Israel, Jenis av Rana will be meeting with Israel’s deputy foreign minister Idan Roll and culture minister Hili Trooper.
