KÍ’s highly anticipated second-round Champions League clash with Switzerland’s Young Boys on Wednesday ended in a 0-3 defeat.
A more joyful result came last night, when B36 hosted Estonia’s Levadia in a tight game which saw an injury-time 4-3 decider, taking the Tórshavn team into the second-round qualifiers of the Europa league.
NSÍ Runavík failed to advance beyond the first qualifying round in the Europa League after yesterday’s 0-6 defeat away to Scotland’s Aberdeen.
The draw for the second-round Europa League qualifiers will be made on Tuesday.
