The first people in the Faroes will most likely be vaccinated within five weeks, the Prime Minister announced yesterday.

He did not specify a date, but he said that further details will be announced soon, possibly as early as this week.

”If we get the vaccine within the next five weeks, as we now have reason to believe, we should regard this as a major motivation for acting responsibly and thus guard ourselves against the virus over the holiday season,” he said.
