Faroes to host U17 Euro qualifiers
The qualifying round for the UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship will be played in the Faroes next year

The Faroes will be hosting the qualifying round for the 2019/2020 Under-17 European Championship for women next October.
The draw was made in Nyon, Switzerland, this morning. The Faroese team will face Norway, Slovenia and Azerbaijan.
In the draw for the U19 qualifying round, the Faroes were grouped with Finland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic.
The U17 Euro qualifiers are scheduled to be played in the Faroes from 16 to 24 October 2019. The finals will be played in Sweden in May 2020.
