Hymn library available online
The public can now listen to an extensive and growing selection of Faroese hymns on the web

Based on popular demand, some 400 hymns are now available for streaming on kvf.fo.
All hymns in the Faroese hymn book are available in Kringvarp Føroya’s library, but in 2009 a new project set out to record new versions of the hymns.
In so-called ‘hymn nights’ in churches across the islands, hundreds of hymns were recorded. Not all of them are available online yet, but the project is expected to be completed soon.
