Hospital building to be completed on time

Although the so-called H-building at the National Hospital is at least DKK 80 million over budget, it will be completed according to the original plan.

So says new health minister Kaj Leo Holm Johannesen, who has spent the first few days in his new post on gaining an overview of the project.

“I have no plans to introduce cost-saving measures for this project,” he says.

“I will of course look closely into all aspects of the project, but I am planning to request an additional grant to make sure that the building is completed according to the original plan.”
