Klaksvík’s Íverksetarahúsið entrepreneurial centre has set up a crowdfunding portal where startup companies can pitch their ideas to potential investors.
Six projects are currently represented on the portal, which was launched on Tuesday.
Thirty hours after the launch, the first project, a micro bakery named Breyðvirkið, had received its DKK 80,000 startup money through the portal.
