Three days with no new Covid cases

No positive Covid tests have been registered since Tuesday when three people tested positive with the rapid-spreading UK variant.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 0, 0, 1, 3, 0, 0 and 0.

No-one is receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and 100 people are in quarantine.

The latest vaccination figures on corona.fo, updated yesterday, show that 14,901 people (28.1 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the vaccine, while 6,461 (12.2 percent) have received the second shot.
