One new Covid case

One new Covid case was registered yesterday and none on Tuesday.

The infected person tested positive in a follow-up test four days after arrival from abroad.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 1, 0, 1, 1, 0, 0 and 1.

No-one is receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, and 46 people are currently listed as being in quarantine.

According to the latest vaccination figures on corona.fo, updated on Tuesday, 25,792 people (48.4 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the vaccine, while 14,692 (27.6 percent) have received the second shot.
