Five active Covid cases remaining

Of the total number of 654 people who have tested positive for Covid-19 since the outbreak in March, 648 have recovered. One Covid-related fatality has been registered.

This leaves five active cases, according to corona.fo.

The daily numbers of positive tests over the past week have been as follows: 0, 0, 2, 0, 0, 0 and 0.

One person is receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19 and 17 people are in quarantine.

The latest figures, updated yesterday, show that 3,993 people (7.5 percent of the population) have received the first shot of the Covid vaccine. One person has received the second shot.
