A new survey shows that pupils find school subjects more boring and much less relevant today than pupils did ten years ago.

This becomes clear from the latest school well-being survey, which has been conducted every four years since 2015.

The survey also strongly suggests that class sizes play a significant role in securing a peaceful and non-disruptive learning environment.

Pupils in large classes report that they often struggle to hear what the teacher is saying.

The survey indicates that the learning environment is significantly better in classes with 18-20 pupils.

A total of 1,696 pupils in the fifth, seventh and ninth grades at 38 schools across the country took part in the survey.
