Young people suffering from anxiety or light-to-moderate depression may soon be eligible for free therapy.
From 1 January, Heilsutrygd, the public health insurance authority, will offer subsidies for up to 12 treatment sessions. A referral from a GP is required.
This referral must be submitted to a certified psychologist no more than three months after its issuance.
