The new term for mediators at the Conciliation Board started on 1 October.
Terje Sigurðsson and Símin Absalonsen will continue as mediators for another three years, backed by the industry and the Prime Minister.
Sigurðsson has been working as a mediator at the Conciliation Board for 15 years and is now starting his sixth term.
