DKK 7m raised for Ukraine

Businesses and individuals donated a total of DKK 7,247,177 during yesterday’s live televised fundraiser for Ukraine.

This amounts to about DKK 140 per resident in the country. All proceeds will go toward helping Ukrainian people.

The 2-hour show, organised by Red Cross Faroe Islands and Kringvarp Føroya, consisted of musical performances, interviews and video features themed around aid programmes in Ukraine and the Faroes.
