An outdoor church service will take place in the Gjógv gorge at 3pm today and another in Argir at 11am

The popular open-air church service in the gorge in Gjógv is making a return after a three-year Covid hiatus.
Bishop Jógvan Fríðriksson will deliver a sermon, followed by an organ recital and performances by brass band Eiðis Ljómfelag and a large choir.
Argir at 11
Another outdoor church service will be held on the football ground in Argir at 11 this morning.
This is the second time that Argja kirkja organises an outdoor service on the football ground. The first one was last Christmas Eve.
Women’s choir Tabitha will be performing, and there will be coffee and sweets for everyone.
