Young people want autonomy in the workplace

Job title, reputation of the company and the attitudes of former staff are not among the key criteria when young people look for jobs.

The survey asked 1,100 people born between 1995 and 2010 – the so-called Generation Z – about their attitudes to work.

A quarter of the respondents said that Faroese wages are at a reasonable level.
