Price of importing and exporting pets shoots up
A permit for importing or exporting cats and dogs will more than double on 1 June

Cat and dog owners have since 2009 had to pay DKK 345 to obtain a permit for importing and exporting their pet to and from the Faroes.
On June 1, this fee will increase to DKK 750.
These permits are administered by food and veterinary authority HFS.
